The 5k run starts promptly at 9:00am and the 1-mile fun walk/run starts right afterwards. Registration and packet pickup begin at 8:00 am and will be available until 8:45.
UPDATE: The Tassee Shelter will indeed be OPEN for the race. The paved parking lot adjacent to the shelter will be closed, however, we will have more than enough race parking opened up within a 1 -2 minutes walking distance of the race course and shelter.
Early registration is $20, race day registration will be $25. Included in the registration fee is a light post-race brunch donated by Riverblaze Bakery and Jer’s Kitchen, and, for the first 120 registered participants, a premium eco-friendly T-shirt made in America from 100% recycled materials.
Male and female age divisions are as follows: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & above.
Overall male and female champions will win a pair of running shoes from Outdoor 76. Top 3 overall and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place each age division will also receive an award.
